Reservation Procedure
Once your selection is confirmed as available and a reservation is entered in your name
you will receive a contract to sign and send back to us with a copy of your passport.
A confirmation payment of 50% is required to make the reservation official.
Sixty days prior to your check in date, the balance of the reservation is due to payment.

Damage Deposit
You be requested to sign a security deposit credit card authorization form for the amount of the damage deposit,
this form is kept on file. This authorization will only be used with your approval in case
there are any damages to the house, garden or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear during
your stay or discovered the day after your departure.

Rates & Information
• We calculate our rates according to amount of guests and length of stay
• Please note we have a minimum 3 nights stay.
• Make early reservations for Holy Week and Other Holidays
